Who is eligible to receive an award?
All employees are eligible to receive an award if they exhibit above-and-beyond behavior. Refer
to the Program Overview page for more eligibility information. Click the level links in the left-hand
column of your web-based system to see a description of each award level and who is eligible.

How does an award recipient select an award?
An award recipient accesses the award selection site by clicking the Place Order
link in the Program Overview page. The recipient also can access the site from
any computer using the web address printed on the presentation card or certificate.
The card or certificate also provides an access code and instructions on how
to select an award online. To enter the website, the recipient must enter his
or her access code. Once the code is approved, the recipient navigates to a
page that displays all available awards. The recipient chooses an award and
submits his or her order. Items usually ship within one or two days.
How long do I have to redeem my award?
Check with your manager to see what length of time you have to redeem your award.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You can check whether your order has been shipped by clicking Place
Order in the left-hand column of your Program Overview page. Enter your access
code and click Submit to access shipping and tracking information.
