Unleashing the Power, Quest Diagnostics' new employee recognition program, is designed to recognize any employee whose commitment to our business strategies exceeds expectations for delivering positive business results. Some award levels require approval from a supervisor or manager. However, all employees may nominate a co-worker for an award, and everyone is eligible for recognition.

Members of the Quest Diagnostics HR team met with consultants from The O.C. Tanner Company to create a recognition program designed specifically to meet our company's needs. O.C. Tanner is an industry leader for performance recognition solutions.

When should I nominate someone for an award?
It is appropriate to nominate a co-worker for an award whenever their work goes "above and beyond" the call of duty and exemplifies Quest Diagnostics business strategies. Remember, our business strategies are Patients, Growth, and People. Review our recognition site to learn more.

What behaviors or actions warrant a nomination?
The behavior that warrants a nomination is any action that that goes above and beyond the scope of normal job duties to reinforce the business strategies of Quest Diagnostics. A success for Quest should be celebrated with an award nomination for the individual or team whose hard work made the achievement possible.
