Order Tracking is a resource that allows program administrators to view a summary of award orders for active recognition programs. These orders include returns and recipient exchanges. Orders can be searched by employee name, order number, P.O. number, date ranges, employee access number and award selection number. Enhanced tracking features allow administrators to view order status through links to UPS and FedEx.(Back to Top)

How do I find an order?
To find a specific order, follow the steps below.

1) Enter the your search criteria. You do not need to complete all fields to execute a search. Orders can be searched by: Order number, employee name, employee number, employee access number, selection number, PO number and Order entry or event dates. Multiple search criteria can be entered to narrow your search. Employee names are not case sensitive. Press the Search button.

2) Your order will display the following information:
Order Number - This is the O.C. Tanner number that is assigned to your order
Order Line - Some orders may include various or multiple pieces of product. Each item is separated into "lines"
Order Rec'd Date - This is the day O.C. Tanner received your order
Order Status - You order moves through several stages. This tells you where your order is in the production process. Click here to learn about each order stage.
Scheduled Ship Date - This is the date your order is scheduled to ship
Actual Ship Date - This is the date your order actually shipped
Event Date - This is the date you indicated you were holding a recognition event such as a banquet or employee presentation
Carrier - This is the shipping company delivering your order
Tracking Number - This is the tracking number associated with this order lines shipment
Award Description - This is a brief description of the award associated with this order line
P.O. Number - This is the purchase order number assigned to your award order. (If you did not request a P.O. number, O.C. Tanner may assign one.)
Ship To Location - This is a brief description of your award shipping location

3) Press the order number for carrier tracking, detailed employee, detailed shipping and detailed billing information (requires scrolling).

4) To track the shipment by carrier, press the Track Shipment link

Q. How soon will my order be delivered/when will it get there?
A. Most orders will ship within four weeks. Once your order has shipped you can expect it to arrive within 4-7 business days unless the order has been specified for two-day or overnight delivery. You can obtain exact shipping information by tracking your order. (Back to FAQs)

Q. Is express shipping available?

Q. What if I cannot locate my order?
A. Orders are usually available for tracking 48 hours after they have been received. If it has been longer than 48 hours, please call our Customer Service department at 1-888-708-7080.
