About Order Tracking
Order Tracking is a resource that allows program administrators to view a summary of award orders for active recognition programs. These orders include returns and recipient exchanges. Orders can be searched by employee name, order number, P.O. number, date ranges, employee access number and award selection number. Enhanced tracking features allow administrators to view order status through links to UPS and FedEx. (Back to Top)

Privacy Policy
O.C. Tanner is committed to keeping your confidential information safe and secure.

How We Use Information
It is necessary for us to collect certain customer information to process award orders. We will not sell, trade or give personal information to others.

Corporate Employee Data Files
In order to effectively administer recognition programs, employee data is required. This information is only used when sending employee award notifications and during order fulfillment. O.C. Tanner will not divulge, distribute, sell, or permit any of its employees, agents, or representatives to divulge, distribute, or sell customer employee data received in connection with the customer's award program unless specifically approved by the customer. This includes email, work address, home address, and any other information provided.

Security
We use industry-standard encryption technologies to protect all your information from unauthorized access.

Your Agreement
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the standards of use set forth in this privacy policy. We reserve the right to update this policy. Any changes to the policy will be posted to this website.

Award Return Policy
Warranty
O.C. Tanner guarantees that the products we manufacture (emblems and rings) will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for their lifetime. O.C. Tanner will repair or replace these items, at our sole discretion, free of charge, as long as the emblems and rings have not been modified, repaired, or otherwise changed by anyone other than O.C. Tanner personnel.

Other components, such as clocks, electronics, jewelry accessories, etc., carry manufacturers' warranties that cover defects in materials and workmanship, under normal usage, for a time period specified by the manufacturers - generally 90 days from presentation for electronics and up to one year from presentation for jewelry accessories and other gifts. These warranties are provided by the manufacturers and vary accordingly.

Extended Watch Warranty
In addition to the manufacturers' one-year warranties on watches, O.C. Tanner provides an additional two-year warranty, bringing the total to three years from the date of presentation for most watches. Rolex, Tag Heuer, Baume Mercier, and other premium watches are limited to a one-year manufacturers' warranty

Returns for Credit
Any award or order may be returned for full credit at any time if the item is defective and by O.C. Tanner.

You may return individual awards you ordered then subsequently determined you did not need, for 50% courtesy credit. Since the custom products we manufacture are not re-used for any other client, credit cannot be issued for entire orders produced in good faith based on a legitimate order.

Exchanges
If an award recipient is not fully satisfied, an award may be returned to O.C. Tanner for exchange within 30 days of receipt.

Undeliverable Awards
When recipients cannot be located at the address provided, O.C. Tanner will notify program administrators. If a correct address is then provided, O.C. Tanner will ship the award to the new address at our expense.

If the recipient is no longer eligible and the company would like to use the award for another purpose or event, O.C. Tanner will ship the award to the program administrator.

If your company is unable to use the award for another purpose, O.C. Tanner will liquidate the award and provide a 50% courtesy credit.

O.C. Tanner does not reuse returned items as "new" awards for other recipients. All undeliverable awards must either be reshipped to the company or liquidated. If we have not heard from you 90 days after notification, we will assume you wish to have the awards in question liquidated and will provide a 50% courtesy credit.

Orders placed online are available for tracking within 24 hours of entry.
