How do I use the Service Recognition Web Site?

After you've read the welcome letter, please click on an award year level button. This allows you to view the awards at a given level. Select the year level that applies to you. Once you're on the year level page you want, you can see more awards by scrolling down. You can also click on any award to see a larger image of the award, read a detailed description, and access ordering information. "Message" takes you back to the welcome letter. "Help" takes you to this page, and "Feedback" provides you an area to give your comments on the overall program and its processes.

How do I order my service award and/or request a ring sizer (if needed)?

Click on your appropriate year level button in the Navigation Bar on the left. Browse through the awards. If you click on any of the photos of the awards, you will see a larger image and detailed description. Once you've chosen the award you want, go to the larger image and click on the continue button, enter your access number, and continue to follow the online instructions.

If you are ordering a ring, your ring size is required for order placement. To determine your ring size: 1) You can contact O.C. Tanner at 1-888-883-0882 to speak to a customer service representative and request a ring sizer be sent to you directly, 2) if you are located in St. Paul, contact Alli Janusz at 651-737-4371 or email ahjanusz@mmm.com 3) or you may go to a local jeweler.

How do I locate my access number if I have lost it?

For assistance locating your access number, please call one of the following telephone numbers. If you are located outside North America, contact our Service Award Program Administrator at orders@octanner.com.

What if I want to choose an award from a lower year level?

If you prefer to downselect an award, contact debbie.little@octanner.com or call 1-888-883-0882 to speak to a customer service representative.

What do I do if I want to exchange an award?

If you are not fully satisfied with your award, it may be returned to O.C. Tanner for exchange within 90 days of receipt of your award. All awards have a 5 year warranty and jewelry (this does not include watches) carries a lifetime warranty. Please call 1-888-883-0882 to speak to a customer service representative.

What is the warranty period on my award gift?

All jewelry (this does not include watches) is guaranteed for life
All other awards and gifts are guaranteed for five years

What do I do if there is a problem with my service award?

IIf an award is damaged or broken, please call 1-888-883-0882 to speak to a customer service representative to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Attach that number to the award and return it to the address provided when obtaining the Return Authorization Number.

Returned items should include a note outlining the specifics of the problem and where the replacement should be mailed. Allow up to three weeks for the award to be sent back to you.

Is the information I enter at the order entry secure?

Yes. After you press the order button all information processed uses 128 bit SSL encryption. This means that if a third party intercepts the information as it travels across the network, it cannot be read.

As a 25-year employee do I receive a gift and a timepiece?

Effective 2009, the 25-year celebrants will receive one gift. The 25-year timepiece, previously presented at the banquet, will be included as an option within the gift program.

What do I do if I need to add or take off links from my watch?

Please call 1-888-883-0882 to speak to a customer service representative and they will help arrange for the links to be added/removed changed on your watch. Also, please measure your wrist size in inches and let the customer service representative know, which will help them assist you in determining how many links need to be added or removed.
