What If The Service Award Web Site Isn't Working Properly? What is a Service Award Web Site? The Award Web Site is an intranet application that was developed in a partnership between the administrator of the Service Recognition Program O.C. Tanner Company, and our company. In the past, a printed brochure let employees know what awards were available to them. But with the new intranet technology now available to us, we thought employees would be better served with an online brochure. Not only does an online brochure save money and trees, it allows for much greater flexibility. Our intention with the design of the Service Award Web Site is to communicate our deep appreciation for our employees' dedication and service and to let employees know what service awards are available to them. How Do I Use The Service Award Web Site? After you've read the welcomeletter, you can click on one of the award year level buttons that allows you into the different year levels available. Select the year level you are qualified for. Once you're on the year level page you want, you may see more awards by scrolling down. Also, you can click on any award to see a larger image of the award, read a detailed description of it and get ordering information. Other navigational links include the navigation bar on the top of each page. "Message" takes you to the presidents message, "Help" takes you to the document you're currently reading and "Feedback" takes you to a page where you can learn who to contact with your comments or your questions. How Do I Order My Service Award? Select the year level button you are qualified for. Browse through the awards. If you click on any of the photos of the awards, you will see a larger image of the award and a detailed description of it, and you will get ordering information. Once you've chosen the award you want, click on that order button and follow the online instructions. You have 24 hours after your initial order to change your selection. How Will I Receive the Award I've Selected? After you've placed your order with O.C. Tanner, your supervisor or manager will receive your award for the presentation on your award anniversary, unless indicated otherwise. What If The Service Award Web Site Isn't Working Properly?
